The new Millbrook House Hotel site owners have a track record of contributing to the island and its culture. Notwithstanding the challenging times we are living through, their plans are to invest considerable sums to give a new lease of life to Millbrook House Hotel by creating a bespoke Art Hotel. The Hotel will offer a unique experience for visitors and guests to immerse themselves in arts, cultural and cooking courses, along with fine dining and a spa. All facilities will be available to islanders as well as guests from further afield. 

The existing hotel has been closed for over five years. The main Villa and Gatehouse, both listed, are in urgent need of repair and existing facilities require modernisation.
